This has been a terrible experience with WebAfrica. I did a payment an eft payment on behalf of my mother and WebAfrica decided to deduct the next installment from my account without my authorisation. They deducted a random amount from my account. I have been going back and forth with the chatbot as they do not want to deal with clients directly nor rectify their mistakes. This issue has been going on for over a month where they advise they are escalating the matter but never get back to me. They had no authority to debit my account and now i need to fight with them.
