Steinhoff Accounting

I have been a client for over a year. The last 6 months their accounting system is compared to Steinhoff. They bill you on the 10th for a full cycle, on the 1st your account is suspended and a full amount is once again required. Their customer service is non existent. I would love an alternative provider in my area. Horrific to deal with incompetence especially Management who cannot seem to understand that current customers provide the revenue to sustain the business. New customers should bring profit.
