*****ing money from unsuspecting customers

I cancelled my agreement with Webafrica on the 31st August 2021sending the email below. And on the same day I spoke with Keith Dampies on Whatsapp to also cancel my agreement. My reference number is ***. This morning I noticed Webafrica deducted money in my bank account. Why would Webafrica deduct money on my bank because I dont agreement with them. I never used their services because it was very bad. My code is DKM44. It's very difficult to contact them and ask them question, Webafrica keep on asking me to use their Whatsapp chat but no one is is answering the Whatsapp.
