***** R2000 over Christmas and a month later, still no refund!! Disgusting

Stole R1999 out our account just before Christmas and then you get pushed around with "I'll try my best" now Christmas is come and gone. We only have a tiny budget for the holidays and have the kids at home. Can you image what the Christmas season has been like? Phone calls and emails are all ignored.
