Stay far far away

Stay away!!! I was so patient with this company but they constantly give bad service. I informed them in December I want to cancel end of January. They don’t cancel the connection on the backend so I can’t get another service provider until they do that. I inform them of my issue, do they not tell me I must wait until end of March. Meanwhile I have received a confirmation email of my cancellation and I have handed my router back in.
