Stay far away from Web****ika

What a joke of a service.

8 days and running and still no internet service.

I have logged a fault daily after running through the useless reset router process.

Each time I have tried to communicate to the Web****ika agent that a technician needs to be sent out only to have to go through the process of resetting the router again to prove my point.

Honestly, how are you guys still in service, your service level is the same as this joke of a Government we have.

Counting the days until reality hits these useless service providers and moves onto a business that does a 10% better job.
