I expect a refund on this week, and payment occured trying to sort this out!!!! Their support tickets say 48 hours. Its more than a full 5 working days. I spoke to someone on their chat, who greets and then doesn't interact, not even a peep for over 45 minutes. I called them, waiting for over a half hour. They said on Monday that a manager would call back within 24 to 48 hours. Thats also more than 5 working days ago. I have sent through proofs of payment, and NOW, NOW they tell me that the finance department is closed for the day!!! They advertise their ****s off to get your money, but that is all they can offer, a drain for your money, and frustration!
