Stay far away! Disgusting service and they only want money

1 star is even far to much for this ISP, Charge incorrectly for a service. Them they even send me a incorrect router and charge me for the days I literally had no connection, Have to try and fight to get a credit which I still have not recieved. Been charged R1999.00 for a router I have returned (WebAfrica Organised the upliftment) but WebAfrica lost it! And they won't even let me cancel my service now! Disgusting support, nothing ever gets resolved. Im done with this service and would never ever recommend. I would recommend everyone stays far away from webafrica! I'm at the point now that every time I reopen the whatsapp chat the agent ignores me and closes the chat!
