Stay far away!

Honestly stay far far away. Installation fees, first month fibre fee and more taken from my account with absolutely nothing in return. No one has come to install the line, and empty promises made daily (if you can get hold of them). When I contacted them to please cancel this service I received a reply that it had already been cancelled - I was never informed and no refund had been processed. It’s now been WEEKS of trying to get my money back - absolutely impossible and completely infuriating. Do yourself a favour and stay far far away.
