Besides intermittent speeds and hardly what is advertised, they have NOBODY you can phone. All agents are on Whatsapp or Online Chat, take 60mins to 2hrs to answer you - if they do. And then they are simultaneously busy with other irate clients as well. Have you tried to cancel the service? No one click option - but only the Chat/Whatsapp option. After waiting for eternity it took over an hour and 4 agents later. Best of all is I have to pay R999 to cancel a **** service, besides waiting a full calendar month. In my opinion this company is a ****, ripping clients off and offer no service at all. Anyone who has no phone number, live people to speak to of an office where you can go smack the ***********, greedy management, should be avoided! STAY CLEAR of WEBAFRICA. Disgusting service
