STAY AWAY - WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been trying to resolve connection issues and the service I received to date was absolutely frustrating with no resolve. I have been transferred from one agent to the next, not resolving the issue. I habe requested that a manager phone me on multiple occassions which they also do not action. They have incorrectly charged my account but there is no one available to assist with this as well. I am connected through Linklayer which have been more than helpful, however WEBAFRICA just continously blame Linklayer and not giving any answers on how they are resolving my connection issues. Worst service provider
