STAY AWAY, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! NO SERVICE..NONE THEY DO NOT HAVE CLIENT SERVICE. AFTER YOU SIGN UP WITH THEM YOU ARE *****ED. YOU CAN'T CANCEL THEIR SERVICE.

My billing is wrong, my speed is slow, the customer service is non existing. I have sent 3 comolaints to their complaints email... As there is ZERO client service. I signed up for voip...dont want it any longer, 3 months in and nothing, but it is on my name... if you select cancel to cancel your terrible service, they just don't reply at all.. if after a few hours they repky when you choose anything else other than cancel, it takes roughly 30 minutes between nonsense replies where they do not resolve anything. If you call the only number they have which is sales, they put the phone down fif you say you want to cancel. I have recorded every call, saved every excruciating painful exchange, my wall would provide better service. Disgusting excuse of a company. Stay as far away from them as possible. They are really truly 100% trash. I am taking all my evidence to court to get this sorted, as they literally just want to take money when and however much the feel like. And impossible to cancel. This is against the law to hold a person hostage basically. Webafrica you suck!!!!
