STAY AWAY, WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! ******* and ******!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up with Web africa 2 years ago and have ENDLESS issues!!!! they take money from your account with no reason, when you asked whats happened you get transferred 30000 times because the agents can't tell you wants wrong.

I have not had internet for 4 days!!! no one can tell me whats happening and on top of it. when i signed up for the fibre a tech didn't come to my house, we set up everything ourselves. now that I've had it with the service, they want to charge me an instillation fee when there was in instillation done!!!!!

The list of issues goes on and on. safe yourself the headache and stay away
