STAY AWAY -THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE

i have been dealing with Webafrica for A WHOLE MONTH WITH THIS QUERY the matter was never resolved-I app**** foir the wif package R399.00 AN AGENT SENT me a link to make payment via link a online purchase -i was requested to log into the app and approve for the money to be debited from my acc.They informed to wait 14 business days for installation -14 days passed they said that there is a router already at the adress i gave i explained my sister installed it but she moved can i not have a new one they said to do ownership swap that was done then DOWNHILL from there for the past WHOLE MONTH they have been unable to allocate a payment that i had to go into Capitec come late into work to request a bank proof of payment and waited 48 hrs for it to be sent- to this day my wifi is off my brother works from home as well as my mom and their income was seriously impacted by the wifi being off!!! I am soo disappointed ND every time you think the matter gets resolved they say the matter was escalated i have to wait 72 HOURS
