We have slow internet and currently we have no internet. Webafrica doesn't have a helpline that one can phone. You have to whatsapp them. The service is very slow and the issues remain unresolved. The agents end conversations midway and one needs to start from scratch. Our wifi is still down. There is no solution. Please stay away from them. We are losing income because of them.
