STAY AWAY.... PLEASE

STAY AWAY, I canceled my fiber end of March, its the 1st of July and web africa is billing me R1000 for something i don't have. The invoice is something totally different to what i had. When i called them, they told me they have to find out by someone else who logged it and come back to me. I'm still waiting but the money is out of my account. This is not the 1st time. My wife is also having a hard time with web africa getting billed for nothing. They send her a cancelation mail but she never canceled now her wifi is of but the money was deducted. This people is *****ing from everyone and they get away with it.
