Stay away from Werbafrica , they have NO support

This has to be the worst ISP in South Africa , when you sign on for a product , immediately you get a lots of mails , and you are so impressed , of course the one mail is for you to pay , so you give them your details , from there , nothing , they had a number that you can phone , but you never get to speak to an actual person … even after 40min -then they have a WhatsApp number , that you can “request assistance on “if you do so , it keep on telling you , it is trying to connect you to a agent , and you wait , and you wait , then a message , sorry it is taking so long , you can end this chat by typing ENDCHAT -***!! You are trying to get assistance -eventually -I send a mail to them , to cancel the order , this was 5 days after I placed the order , and still i had no communication from them , with in 20min , money went of my account , for the product I just cancelled , now I was trying to get my money back , again , mails not answered , Telephone number useless , WhatsApp non existing , eventually i logged into the online client zone -to remove my banking detail , as I was afraid , they are going to just keep on taking my money , and it is impossible to speak to anyone -if you ever have thought of using them -be aware , you are in for the worst time of your life , imagine you have a support it problem !!!
