Stay away from Webafrika- a sinking ship with high ******** energy!

After years of bad service and stupidity from Webafrica we finally had enough and changed to another, better and cheaper provider Mweb. The fact that you can only communicate with the unable and stupid call centre via whatsapp like a little schoolboy is one of the most degrading experiences, and that from a company that deals with communication! After notifying Webafrica about cancelling the service several times they had the audacity to deduct their monthly fee for yet another month, for which the service was already terminated. They then switched off the service 20 days before it should have been terminated leaving us without internet for almost 3 weeks. Endless communication with stupid and untrained agents via whatsapp followed to no avail. I even went to their offices in Woodstock, a complete mess, waiting 30 min at the door, before I was allowed to come into the chaos of their office. Again I was promised an immediate refund and was told that the funds should have never been taken off in the first place. I asked my bank even how to force the funds back from Webafrika for unauthorised and ******** deduction. Still up to today no refund. Just coming off the line with one of their useless agents named Yolande who now told me, I quote, " the refund request was sent to an individual of the department so it was not processed"... What an absolut joke and stupidity, especially for a company professing to sell communication! Webafrika is a sinking ship, the office in Woodstock is a clear picture of the mess. I am still waiting for my refund and will probably only get it by involving our attorneys... We can only give one advise: Stay away from these *********, Mweb is R 200 cheaper a month for faster speed! Do not invest in a sinking ship or be prepared to loose your money. They will be out of business very soon and then you run after your money. Stay away from Webafrika!!!
