STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!!!!! WORST ISP EVER!!!!!

I'm not one to name and shame, but I have to voice my frustration somehow. I pay for a 300mb/s UP, 300mb/s DOWN fibre line with Webafrica. For over a month now my line speed has been absolutely pathetic and I'm not getting speeds anywhere remotely close to what I'm supposed to get. Without getting into too much detail, it is an absolute nightmare to get hold of Webafrica. Their customer service is absolutely ****. They eventually answer whatsapp messages a day later, say a bunch of **** like escelations, and fault managers etc etc, but nothing happens. No one calls, no one solves the problem, no one cares. Webafrica dont care, as long as my money is in their account, they dont give a ****. Please please, for the love of god, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO WEBAFRICA!!! They are the absolute worst ISP you can think of.
