I have been WAITING FOR OVER 5 MONTHS before someone finally assisted me with what I have been asking for... Yes took 5 months of banging my head against the wall and not getting assisted. finally, I got activated a month ago and then suspended for Not paying my monthly usage of R900pm... so in my mind logic dictates if you never provided me with a product that I bought. i should not pay... so months usage... bill comes in... *R6330*... I HAVE 100's texts asking for one specific thing "activate my account" I have literally argued with every staff member of Webaftica. My account has been suspended for not paying before anyone come to give me a router or an installation. i have been charged extra fees for canceling which I never did. did not want an installation. they did it anyway after about 6 months. I waited 3 months before the router arrived... then another 2 months when another router arrived when I said I didn't want it... then was charged extra for not being home when they sent someone to collect the first router. then charged for an installation that i said was not needed. just wanted to have my account active... and don't a single person actually understand me when I said it.
