STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA

I signed up for internet services with Webafrica on 16 April 2024, numerous calls and follow ups still to this date (7 May 2024) still no response or internet. Now I cant even cancel the application! Webafrica's whatsapp services is non-responsive and call centres seems like they do not know what to do. Yesterday I canceled my application telephonically through the sales call centre and requested confirmation per email it is cancelled. Followed up today for the confirmation and was advised that my application was not cancelled.
