Please never sign up with these people. They charge you for services they haven't even rendered. In Oct I gave them notice that I am moving home and therefore my service. Almost a month later I moved into my new home and queried the status of my new line. I mostly only got hold of robots and for weeks all I got was that my line is still pending Vumatel because the line wasnt open. Since I worked from home I have to go get immediate DSL with MTN so that I could work and I told Webafrica just to cancel everything as I cannot wait forever. 2 months later they start taking debit orders off my account again. First notice I gave was more than a calendar month and secondly when I tried to keep my services with them they couldnt get my account sorted. Each agent gives me a different story. After a fight I got that debit order refunded but after all this time they now want to charge me a R1000 cancellation fee. I was forced to cancel because they couldnt assist me. They are unfriendly but very efficient when trying to take your money! Stay away guys. There are way better ISPs out there.
