I have made contact to become a client, the sign up already was an issue and should of been the first sign. After almost a week, no contact was made to me with regards to installation nothing. I have requested a cancelation and refund. The cancellation was accepted and on my dashboard it shows that my refund is due to me. It has been two weeks and no feedback or contact or refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I was told it would take 24 hours, it has been almost two weeks! Get this sorted now.
