stay away from webafrica

I should have gone by reviews for Webafrica and steered clear of this business , no service , no after sales service , no tech support , no billing department , customer service is a joke to say the least , i want to cancel my fibre but you cant get to speak to anyone to cancel it . There call centre agents dont give a damn , how is it possible for a company to survive with no customer service
