STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!!

The WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with and all I want is my money!!! I gave them notice to cancel my service at the end of January, everything was meant to be cut off end of Feb They debitted my account in March even after I cancelled and I've been running around for MY money back for an entire month!!!! One agent tells me I owe them money but THEY did a credit note, jiki jiki I don't owe them I'll get my money in 3-5 days then its in 30 days then now Ill get it next week. ***!!! I just want my money! These people are deliberately trying to make me stop chasing them for MY money. This is the most exhausting company I've ever dealt with. I would rather pay triple elsewhere than sign up for anything with this company ever again!!
