Stay away from Webafrica

The customer service is bad. The WhatsApp bot comms is very frustrating. They vacated their offices in Sandton without informing their customers. We are loosing money because of non delivery. Stay away from WebAfrica! Logged a call on 3 May no response no service 2 days later. But debit orders are debited on time! They are useless *******! They took a subscription fee from me for 2 installations still waiting for a refund for the one. You cant get any service from the WhatsApp bot chats. When asking to speak to a manager “someone will call me back” with no success!
