Stay away from Webafrica aka vuma reach

Webafrica, or vuma reach as they call it is the worst service provider I've worked with. They are quick in installation because they want to get you to buy their product. 1st of all when you have a problem with their service been down you can't call them, they use WhatsApp. 2nd they will send you from pillar to post to get you assistance. Our service in Mfuleni Cape Town has been off since 19 January 2024, it's now 24 January 2024 still no service. They are just the worst, I'm sure if it was Clifton or your affluent suburban areas we wouldn't have this issue.
