They are worse than rain. Log a faulty on my router and received a call number for someoneto come and help me. Afterr 3 days they automatically closed my call without helping me. Try to communicate with them on the only network that they use called what's app. No responce from them, just a bot. Struggling with a useless fiber network that down almost every day.
