Stay away from WebAfrica - Absolutely Pathetic

This company's service is a disgrace to any star - even one. Most pathetic service ever. I was a client of them for a number of years and then made the mistake of my life to "upgrade". The service stops working any time during the day - a disaster when you depend on the internet for online meetings and emails. Worst, however, is that they cut previous services and still charge you for it - their promises to refund you just doesn't happen and lo and behold the next month they bill you for a device that you have not order. Their helpline chatbot "service" is absolutely useless. Maybe WebAfrica should pay attention to all the bad reviews regarding their services on Hellopeter, start rendering a quality service and stop marketing their products until they are able to deliver.
