Stay away from Webafrica: a refund to your bank account is not coming

If you can, stay away from Webafrica and if you are already with them you'll need all the luck to get a refund for a double payment. 13 days and 3 chats later, they have decided not to do as requested regarding my refund. The waiting period on that WhatsApp line 💔😡 then you decide to follow up 10 days later then the agent's attitude stinks telling you about a process you were not informed of (that you must follow up with them after a number of days to tell them refund to your bank account); you give all the info they need and they promise the refund will be in your bank account. 3 days later they decide to use your refund as the next month's payment 🤮. Now to try that WhatsApp number again and I'm canceling. Yes you need to serve a calendar month's notice and pay R999 to cancel, doesn't matter if you've been with them for 2 months or 3 years 😡😡.
