Stay away from Webafrica

If i could give a minus 5 stars i would

They are useless never available on the chat that they keep directing us too

When placing a new order for the fibre i was charged initiation fee plus i the installation for fibre

I had to pay another R400 for who knows what

When i enquired they promised me a refund that ive been waiting for since 2018

Still havent recieved it

Stay away from them ive proudly used another fibre provider that knows what good service is and never dissapoints i feel sorry for you if you are using webafrica

And did i mention that they are always having issues with their connection it goes off as often as possible
