Stay away from Webafrica!!!

Please stay away from Webafrica. I am so sorry I signed up with this useless provider. You cannot get to actually speak to anyone to sort out issues. The only telephonic option I'd for sales. After 5 days of waiting for a new installation to be active we haven't bee able to access the internet. Their Watsapp chat service socks. I have waiting for support from the onboarding team since just before 1pm yesterday afternoon despite several msgs and after reaching out via Facebook messenger. Response from messenger was that it has been flagged with their technicians who will contact me asap. Not sure how they define asap! There seems to be a total lack of customer service at Webafrica.
