STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!

I was convinced by a Webafrica sales consultant, to switch over to Fibre, because its more reliable ETC. In April 2018, Webafrica & Vumatel installed my fibre connection, I pay around R1300.00 per month for a 20MBPS Fibre line & VoIP, since end of April, I have been going through the ticket submitting process of Webafrica, informing them literally on a daily basis now, of my slow internet speed. I need to make a full payment each month, and my fibre speed is 1.4MBPS, even going down to 0.01MBPS... But don't dare pay one day late or even deduct the wrongly added penalty fee, from your payment, they disconnect for paying less then R200.00 short, even if its the billing department's fault. Then, once a consultant shows interest, it lasts for half a day, then they simply disappear and you are once again stuck without ANY assistance. I have been begging them to send out a technician, and NOTHING. I contacted an independent IT company, the technician was here for 4 hours, he explained the problem to Webafrica, and they simply play tennis with blaming Vumatel. When you phone Vumatel directly, they open a ticket, and close it after 5 mins, sending a text stating the problem has been resolved. You never get further than this stage. I have done trace route tests, speed tests (that fail, because the speed is too slow), settings on the TP Link router, sent them screenshots. But, I just got my latest invoice to pay them.....
