Stay away from WEBAFRICA

I have had trouble with very slow internet speed for months. Webafrica support system horrible. First of all, have to wait for a very long time to get through, while listening to the most stupid jokes. Eventually had to deal with one of their technical support personnel. Extremely rude and aggressive. Did not listen to what I had to say.. Billing department : Phoned to find out why my debit order did not go off. Their reply, the billing option has changed to paying with credit card. So yesterday I paid with my credit card and guess what : DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF TODAY. Paid them twice this month. INTERNET STILL EXTREMELY SLOW. After lodging one ticket after another. STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!
