Stay away from Webafrica

I was initially charged for the service from date of delivery of router even though the service was only activated 5 days later. I cancelled the service on 30 November 2021, giving a month's notice of cancellation as required and receiving confirmation that the service will be cancelled from 1 January 2022 (which is correct) but then I get charged again for January. Tried to resolve through their support on whatsapp but operator is either an idiot or deliberately plays dumb. I'll have to revert to my bank to cancel this unauthorised transaction.
