Stay Away from WEB AFRICA - *****

It has almost been a month now with web africas **** rain sim network. line is continually down whilst i as a customer is assured that all has been resolved. ICASA and public take note of this massive failure from this provider. noted midnight activity is fine, during working hours is moderate with noted outages but peak times are consistantly down. This speaks towards poor presentation of your business as you obviously don't have the infrastructure to cater to your clientele. People should not pay good money to companies that lie about their promises to the public... My internet is so fast that I don't even have signal.

Hi, as advised with all your support staff, you are dealing with a very senior IT individual, First off the to resolve an issue means applying a resolution that works consistently? Secondly selling a solution that can't cater to your promises is detrimental to your brand name (business 101), and lastly, I'd appreciate that you connect with me directly with as opposed to the generic response sent to me on this trail? I've run several tests in my private capacity noting that the rain network either can't cope with the utilization or IS is intentionally shaping the line to this extent where clients are not able to connect... I have to say thou, my thoughts was leading towards the former until I noticed that on 2x Sunday mornings the line went almost dead around 6ish and also noted that when I download the latency suddenly increased? which now leads me to believe the latter?
