STAY AWAY FROM WEB AFRICA

Stay away from this internet provider. I have been a client for over 10 Years and the past year have been absolute hell, I work from home and never had a problem with their internet. On LTE I my internet speed on a 10mbps line is 0.27 download and 0.16 upload, and yes this is with no devices connected to the router accept my computer that is plugged in, I never had a problem but its getting worse and worse everyday and can't even open a website up in my chrome it keeps on hanging! You cannot call them anymore to log a fault or sort out a query and have to use watsapp, you wait for hours just to be connected to a agent. Rather use another provider.
