Stay away from Web Africa

They went from useless to ********. So I closed my account, and they say in their T's & C's that I have to pay for the router, or give it back. I tried to contact them numerous times trying to get the collection sorted, but they don't respond to emails, or calls, or their useless whatsapp line. Instead they just automatically take the money from my account. After having to pay my back for rolling back the debit order, now I get threatening emails about how they will black list me with the credit bureau.

There service was absolutely useless when I was a client and now they are trying steel my money.
