STAY AWAY FROM WEB AFRICA

This has by far been the worst ISP experience I've ever had, these people shouldn't even be in the industry.

1. They do not have a direct support line if you're hoping to speak to someone directly. 2. You have to WhatsApp or chat on the website if you want support. 3. If you get lucky to get throught to someone within 15-20mins then you'll be chating with them for hours because they take forever to reply.

These people really don't care about customers as long as they get their money's worth.
