Stay away from this **** company!!!

This is the worst decision of my life to take service from WebAfrica. They have horrible connection and horrible horrible customer service. You can never get hold of their call center agent. It's like no customer service agent even exists in this company. Secondly, they suddenly changed the fees and now that I want to cancel their service they showing that if I cancel before one year I will pay for installation fee. There was no installation cost incurred because this place already had everything installed. They only activated the connection and now they want to charge me for a service they didn't have to install?? I want to go back to Afrihost. Their customer service is excellent. Webafrica is a nightmare and now I'm thinking it's a ****. Please stay away from this company. Go to Afrihost if you want to save yourself from all the trouble.
