Stay away from these Sharks!
Stay away from EVER signing a contract with these SHARKS, They will charge you a fee of R999 for just v=cancelling your service, EVEN IF YOU RETURN YOUR ROUTER and have been with them for years! And they won't release the Fiber Line unless you've paid this fee!!! No other ISP that I've ever used, employ this ridiculous practice. Their service levels are also pathetic. You will really struggle to speak to an agent to submit your request to cancel.
