Stay away from them!!!

Initially the service was great, but its obvious now that it was just to get me to sign up. I have had endless issues activating my network. Once activated, from day one I have had issues with the network speeds being inconsistent.

I logged a fault the first day of having the line and am still waiting for a resolution.

I am paying for a 1000mb line but only get a constant speed between 150mb to 250mb wired connection. It goes to 750mb for one speed test and when I re test it drops back down! I have tried multiple routers but always stays the same.

Using WiFi is even worse and even more unstable and it is not the router because when I had Afrihost I had zero issues!

Good luck to anyone trying to get hold of them, either they are closed or they are just too "busy" no 24/7 support. So if network is down, you wait for their flexi hours to assist you. Then when you get hold of someone, they transfer you all over the place until you just give up.
