Stay away, for your own sanity!!!

We moved houses. Went onto the portal, cancelled fibre and requested to move to LTE to be active on the 18th of June 2021 at the new address. Didn't know I had to RICA. Went through the painful exercise of affidavids and jazz to promise I live where I moved to and submitted explaining how important and urgent it is since we work from home and are spending thousands on data until webafrica assists.

It is a week later. I have been transferred on whatsapp to numerous agents, who either answer me like a robot and transfer me before resolving my query, to the next. For 5 days now. I have spent hours on whatsapp, I have sent emails, I have sent messages in messenger on facebook, no one is helping me.

I want to know where my device is, in order for us to have wifi. How difficult can it be. Tshegofatso promised me on the 22nd it is on its way. Portal says still waiting for delivery payment it hasn't even been dispatched yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daniel who I spoke to this morning, is the first person I speak to that has been able to provide me with answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My order is stuck in dispatch because of a glitch and internal error and no one this whole week was able to resolve that!????? Who is going to pay for my data bill!??? Another week has gone!!!!!!!

We have received **** service from you in the past we should have just moved on already. Go through the schlep but it is worth it, god knows. No service delivery and your agents are useless!!! Your bot, Willie, too! I have been transferred up and down and left and right and then everyone is gone! I am stuck with willie all the time!!! It is rediculous I have never. I cannot.
