STAY AWAY! DONT USE WEBAFRICA! NO SERVICE OR CARE WHATSOEVER

Stay as far as you can from Webafrica, you are on hold for over an hour with no response, they do not even reply to e-mails nor their so called ticket service. I have been with them for years and their service has degraded to a point where you cannot use them. They do not get your problem sorted. I have had many issues with them for over a month in which they take no action even if you shout and scream just in pure frustration. I will be moving all my clients and myself when lock down is over. They have the same care and service for its clients than Telkom, in fact possibly worse. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT MONTHS OF PROBLEMS!
