Only stupid BOT that gives obvious answers - treating us like fools. Eventual answer, connect to LIVE CHAT. Wait forever to get connected to an agent. Eventually get the same answers. WE DO NOT KNOW - FAULT HANDED OVER FOR INVESTIGATION.

If there we negative stars, I would give that rating.

5 days of no connection, still not resolved. BUT they got their money; so I guess everything is OK right?
