Stay away
I asked to cancel account in December and said website wasn't allowing cancellation through customer portal. They didn't cancel and billed for x2 months after than. Then I got it in writing they will cancel by March. And now I see they've still been billing, and didn't cancel.

That’s not the experience we want for you, and you shouldn’t have to chase something that should have been resolved already. We’ve escalated this to the team that handles service suspensions and cancellations. They will review your full account history, including your previous requests, and get in touch with you directly to confirm the next steps as soon as possible. From here, the focus is on:
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
- Verifying your cancellation timeline and prior confirmations
- Ensuring the service is properly cancelled without further delay
- Reviewing the billing app**** after your request and correcting this where applicable
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
