STAY AWAY!!!!!!

They need to add zero stars.... firstly they didn't process a downgrade on my account and the accounts department is useless. The response I got was "you were billed for the service you received" I requested a downgrade 2 months prior!!!!!!! Now we are moving and I want to cancel, they said I need to pay R1750 for installation. I did everything myself! definitely stay away!
