Guys’s please stay away from this provider. I had weeks of hassles just to reconnect with all the hardware which was installed and paid for 2 years ago. Spent about 20 hours on the phone from overseas to no avail. Their call Center is totally useless. Use Webafrica please. Over and above they **********ly billed me for re-installations which were never requested and never occurred as not necessary and nobody came to the premises. I have passed this matter to my advocate to claim all my wasted time and overseas call charges besides for the inconvenience and additional costs my tenant has incurred. Legal costs for their account. STAY AWAY from this bunch of highly inefficient ******* or your business will suffer. Besides they also changed the price 2 days after quoting for the same package and it was not even the end of the month. Another ***** case.
