STAY AWAY

I try to keep emotion out of reviews, it dilutes the integrity and authenticity. I do however wish to caution every individual against Webafrica. They only communicate on Whatsapp, making it extremely difficult to resolve queries and internet issues. They somehow mixed me up with someone else, and kept on billing me despite cancellation. I have informed their whatsapp line several times that I am not who they think, get promises to resolve and then come month end the debit order runs. Before you go for Webafrica, at least try someone with a call center and humans to chat to... just in case you need it in future.

Sorry for those who are experiencing the same as me
