Stay away at all cost - money hungry with no customer service

All they try to do is get money for that which they have not provided.

They started charging for service before the router was delivered.

Then charged for the month after cancellation. We had to call 4 times just to cancel as the staff simply did not action instruction.

Now they are trying not to collect the router within the 20 days so that they can charge for it as per the cancelation policy.

Stay away - they clearly have no interest in customer service
